How Jack Of All Trades collects, uses, and protects your information, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information Collected
Identity (Discord IDs, usernames, emails), transaction metadata from payment processors, usage analytics (feature interactions, logs), and technical data (IP, device, browser, connection info). Payment details stay with third-party processors.
2. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Contract performance, legitimate interest (improvements, fraud prevention), consent, and legal obligations depending on the processing activity.
3. Use of Information
Authenticate users, manage licensing, deliver personalized tools, enforce limits, process payments, send notifications, improve functionality, detect abuse, and comply with law.
4. Protection & Retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is restricted. Retention: active accounts (ongoing), transaction records (7 years), inactive accounts deleted within 90 days unless legally required.
5. Your Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal. CCPA users may opt-out of data sale (JOAT does not sell data). Requests answered within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
Whop (billing), Discord, TradingView, analytics, hosting, and other integrations operate under their own policies. Using JOAT implies acceptance of those terms.
7. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, and compliant vendors.
8. Data Breach & Deletion
Users and regulators are notified of qualifying breaches. Deletion requests remove settings, history, and identifiers unless retention is legally required (e.g., tax records).
9. Children's & California Rights
Services are for 18+. California residents receive CCPA rights (know, delete, opt-out, non-discrimination).
